The customer

Fferal is an ethical clothing brand we are proud to partner with. A small business with huge heart. Founder Helen has been a fashion designer for 30 years, designing clothes for big highstreet names. She hated how wasteful the industry is and did her best to create change from within.

 

Eventually she grew tired of the smiling, nodding and lack of change - so she pooled the resources within her own network to bring Fferal Ethical Clothing to life.

 

It’s easy to work with Helen. A stickler for detail, she’s passionate about slow fashion, climate change, ethical practices and transparency.

Why Lovelace Digital?

As a start-up with no digital marketing expertise in house, Fferal partnered with Lovelace Digital to act as an extension to their team, all round sounding board and cheerleading squad.

 

Fferal needed a digital marketing partner who could take care of everything, including photography, shopify, SEO, content creation, social, email marketing and design.

THE WORK

We went deep with Helen to understand slow fashion and everything that’s unique about Fferal, developing a clear strategy to deliver results. From there, we were able to develop brand messaging, to share the beautiful narrative of how Fferal came to be.

 

We’ve grown Fferal’s brand awareness and community through a mixture of organic and paid search. engaging with the community, creating shareable content and campaigns and recruiting brand ambassadors.
